This past weekend was packed with family, homework, and fun. Friday night we had some family over for dinner and called it an early night. Saturday I had my coaching debut as Caroline's soccer coach. Her team's coach came down with the flu and somehow I found myself nominated as the best replacement. It was a lot of fun and we actually won both games! Below are pictures of Caroline and Ava- both are clearly going to be soccer stars if I have anything to do with it.
Then on Sunday, Chase and I re-arranged our living room to host 10-15 people over for an all-day movie-a-thon. We showed 5 of the nominees for this years Best in Picture category for the Oscars. Below is the closest we came to 'stadium style seating' in our house. It went from 10am to 10pm and we ate candy, popcorn, cookies, brownies, and ice cream the entire time. Perhaps I will begin a work-out this week...
